Juan Cáceres

Juan Ignacio Cáceres ( born May 1, 1984 in Montevideo) is an Uruguayan racers.

Career

Cáceres started his motorsport career in 1995 in karting, where he was active until 1998. In 1999 he was in the Argentine Formula Honda made ​​his debut in Formula racing. After serving in the U.S. Barber Formula Dodge and was begun in the Argentine Formula Honda and the Italian Formula Renault 2001 2000, he took in 2002 at the Argentine Formula Renault part.

In 2003, Cáceres back to Europe and became a master of the Portuguese Formula BMW. In 2004, the Uruguayan in the Spanish Formula 3 Championship at the start and was 14th in the championship. In 2005, he joined the Italian Formula 3000 to GP Racing. With a third place as best result, he finished fifth overall. He also recorded for Minardi who cooperated with GP Racing, part of Formula 1 testing. 2007 took Cáceres no cockpit in a formula series and participated in four races of the TC 2000, an Argentine touring car series, in part. In 2008, he played the entire season in the TC 2000 and was 18th in the overall standings. A year later he started in only one race, the TC 2000. 2010 he took part in four races, the Argentine Top Race V6.
