Juan de Borja Llançol de Romani (* 1470 in Valencia, † June 22, 1500 ) was a Cardinal of the Catholic Church.

The great-nephew of Pope Alexander VI. was born on September 19, 1494 Bishop of Melfi in 1496 and Archbishop of Capua. From his uncle raised on February 19, 1496 cardinal, he gave him as a cardinal deacon on 24 February of the same year the titular church of Santa Maria in Via Lata. After he had renounced the Archdiocese of Capua and on 3 December of the same year on October 15, 1498 the Diocese of Melfi, he was appointed on September 6, 1499 Apostolic Administrator of the Archdiocese of Valencia. His brother was Pedro Luis de Borja Llançol de Romani.

He is not to be confused with Cardinal Juan de Borja Lanzol de Romani ( the Elder ).
