Juan Domingo de Monteverde

Juan Domingo Monteverde (* 1773 in La Laguna, Canary Islands, † September 15, 1832 in San Fernando ) was general of spain loyal colonial troops at the beginning of the 19th century in Latin America. On 12 July 1812, the troops of the independence fighter Francisco de Miranda gave him in the Venezuelan city of La Victoria.
