Juan Luis Mora

Juan Luis Mora Palacios ( born February 12, 1973 in Aranjuez, Madrid, Spain ) is a Spanish football player. Since 2008 he is the goalkeeper in the Spanish second division club Levante UD.

Career

Juan Luis Mora began his career with the club of Aranjuez in the third Spanish league. In 1993, Mora to Oviedo and played until December 1994 21 games for the second team of Real Oviedo. From 1994 to 1999 he played with the first team of Real Oviedo six seasons in the Primera División. He stood in the squad, the Spaniard for the 1996 Olympic Games, where he but his team was eliminated in the quarterfinals.

In 1999, Mora at Espanyol, who also played in the first Spanish league. He came within a period of two seasons (2000/ 01, 2001/ 02) in 71 league games for use. In 2001, he sniffed the air for the first time international, he played with Espanyol five games in the UEFA Cup.

In the season 2002/ 03 Mora played 41 games for the second division Xerez.

In 2003, Mora Xerez to Valencia at Levante UD, where he immediately became a goalkeeper. In his first season on the Spanish Mediterranean coast, he played 40 games for Levante in the Segunda División and achieved promotion to the Primera División. In the 2004/05 season he played with Levante 38 games in La Liga. However, the team only reached the 18th place and had thus again in the Segunda División dismount.

Mora left after relegation in 2005 and changed his club free transfer to city rivals Valencia. From the Spanish side Mora was brought as a substitute goalkeeper for the number one Santiago Cañizares. There he came to a total of two appearances in the championship and an insert in the UEFA Intertoto Cup 2005/2006 against Roda Kerkrade. In 2008 he moved back to UD Levante.
