The Expressway 45 also known as Jungbu - Naeryuk Expressway ( Kor. 중부 내륙 고속도로, Jungbu Naeryuk Gosok Doro ) is an expressway in South Korea. The highway is a north -south route through the center of the country. The highway runs through the center of the country and happened to Daegu on any major city. It begins in Changwon on the southern coast and ends at Yangpyeong. The highway is an alternative to the other major highways to Seoul, as the Expressway 1 and the Expressway 35 The Expressway 45 is 293 km long.
Street Description
In the city of Changwon the Expressway 45 begins at an intersection with the 102 Expressway, the main highway from Guangzhou to Busan in the east. The highway runs with 2x2 lanes to the north and crossed after a few kilometers the Expressway 10 The highway crosses a little to the north of the river Nakdong and passes through mountainous terrain. As is so often the case in South Korea, there is a direct parallel 2x2 motorway bridge along the Expressway 45, about 25 kilometers southwest of Daegu Expressway 451 is crossed, which runs to Daegu. The Expressway 45 runs west of Daegu along to the north.
The highway then passes through a series of tunnels and cross the Expressway 12, which runs from the city of Gwangju to Daegu. After that, the highway that runs through mountainous terrain to the north and crosses near Gumi Expressway 1, the main artery of South Korea. The Expressway 45 is from here also an alternative to Expressway 1 to to Seoul. A few kilometers to the north of Expressway 30 is crossed.
In the north, the mountains are higher, with up to 1000 meters, but mostly the highway follows a river valley. The highway has a series of tunnels, some are here for several kilometers. The highway runs along the Chungju city, the last major town on the route. After that, the highway runs through a flat part in the center of South Korea. In Yeoju of Expressway 50 is crossed and ends a few miles north in Yangpyeong.
History
The highway has been approved and scheduled on 29 April 1992. On 28 September 2001 the route of Gimcheon and Sangju was opened. In the same year the part between Changwon and the 451 Expressway will be opened in Daegu. On 20 December 2002 opened the northern part between Changju and Yeoju. On 16 January 2004 opened a short distance between Sangju and Sangju North and 15 December this year, the part between Chungju opens to Sangju, which was a main route between Gimcheon and Yeonju.
On 30 November 2007, the section between the junction opened with the 451 Expressway at Hyeongpung and Expressway 1, so that a bypass for Daegu for the north-south traffic is generated, which ran previously on the Expressway 1 and Daegu towards the south coast. On December 28, opened in 2012, the southern and final part of the highway for traffic.

The volume of traffic in urban areas is high with up to 50,000 vehicles per day. Further south and center of the country is the amount of traffic significantly less and only at about 10,000 to 30,000 vehicles per day.
