Jutta Wachowiak

Jutta Wachowiak ( born December 13, 1940 in Berlin ) is a German actress.

Life

After high school, she trained as a stenographer and secretary, from 1961 to 1963, she completed her acting training at the German Film Academy in Potsdam- Babelsberg, today HFF Potsdam. After five beginner years at work, at the Hans Otto Theater in Potsdam and from 1968 at the Municipal Theater in Karl- Marx-Stadt ( " a single defeat ," said 1981 Wachowiak to Rosemarie Rehahn ), it succeeded then later under the direction of Gerhard Meier in Karl- Marx-Stadt " unlock " and become their own artistic demands.

In Schiller's Kabale und Liebe, she was spotted with her stage partner Christian Grashof by Wolfgang Heinz and dedicated in 1970 to the German Theatre in Berlin. There she gave a well-received debut as Sonya in Anton Chekhov's play Uncle Vanya. During the directorship of Bernd Wilms Wachowiak was rarely occupied. After the season 2004 /05 she moved to the Grillo- Theater in Essen, where she was in productions, including the directors Anselm Weber and David Boesch, great attention bestowed. She is now again an ensemble member at the Deutsches Theater.

Since 1962, Wachowiak worked regularly for film and television. She is a member of the Academy of Arts in Berlin.

Wachowiak lives in Potsdam, in Essen and on Usedom. In her first marriage, she was married to actor Arno Wyzniewski, from a second marriage comes two daughters. After a life of communion with the actor Thomas Neumann, she now lives with Martin Bartels, a former pastor, together.
