Kakisa

Kakisa ' ( Slavey: K'agee; " in meadows ") is a " Designated Authority " in the Dehcho region of the Northwest Territories, Canada.

The municipality is situated on the same lake, southeast of Fort Providence. Originally located at Tathlina Lake, moved the congregation in 1962, to the present-day, closer to the Mackenzie Highway, this place. This is connected by a 13 km road with the highway.

Demography
