Kappa Mikey

Kappa Mikey is an American animated television series. It was developed by Larry Schwarz for Nickelodeon.

Action

The series is about an unemployed Michael " Mikey " Alexander Simon who in Cleveland, Ohio lives. Through a scratch card he wins the lead role in LilyMu, the once successful television series in Japan. The co-stars of LilyMu are Mikey initially as not fit into the series, but when it comes to the audience and still is Japan's most successful TV star.

Main Characters

Through a scratch card is the 18 year old wannabe actor Mikey, who has just finished high school, the new star of LilyMu. He is very good faith, cheerful and impulsive. Due to its chaotic nature, he succeeds again and again to bring himself and his fellow actors in trouble - especially Lily he thereby brings to distraction. However, it seems in some episodes always as if Mikey falls in love with Lily. For Mitsuki contrast Mikey's missteps are mostly just adorable.

Before the camera, she is a true angel, but once the rotation is in the box, it becomes a fury. Lily is very temperamental. She can not stand the fact that they now no longer, but Mikey is the focus - so she takes every opportunity to excel and other bossing ( especially of course Mikey ).

Gonard is the complete opposite of what he represents in the series LilyMu. However, he plays in the series is a criminal and intelligent beast, so he is a big lovable idiot in real life. He quickly closes with Mikey friendship and help him navigate in Tokyo. Gonard sometimes has the tendency to be rather to be by his Trotteligkeit a pad than a help. He also has an extreme appetite, especially on sandwiches and biscuits.

In LilyMu Mitsuki embodies a real taffes Bad Girl, but in truth she is a very lovable, Harmony-seeking and generous person. She is in love with Mikey, and do everything to make them feel comfortable in Japan - but her advances are hardly successful. Mikey can often not even remember her name and sees her affection. She is also the calming influence on the team and always tries to create controversy and disagreement with the actors from the world.

Guano is an actor and screenwriter and director in the series LilyMu. In the series, is a small animal ( a Critter ), the Pokémon similar only says " Guano, Guano! " Outside the series, he is very intelligent and educated. He can be very neurotic and frustrated, triggering partial seizures right with him. He always carries his costume that he would never take off, but he had to do it once. He did, however, behind a curtain, and he moved quickly to a new, identical costume, would not ever one of his colleagues saw his outer. Behind this curtain could be seen, however short the shadow of a muscular man who was as big as Guanno, then a great man and a woman. In addition Guanno Ozu is -lost son. Behind his crystal he keeps a teddy bear on the Ozu gave him, as he made to become famous on the way to Japan.

Also, Yes Man is the person who would collect the most physical damage - regardless of whether it is held for a piñata and beaten with sticks or fired from a cannon.

Production and publication

Kappa Mikey is produced in the United States of Animation Collective. The sound recordings are taken at NYAV post. Animates the series with Adobe Flash. In some scenes, however, working with CGI, which are rendered with the Maya program. This is done in three studios in New York City. The theme song from Kappa Mikey comes from the Japanese band Beat Crusaders. The song is playing in its full length over 2:31 minutes.

On February 25, 2006 Kappa Mikey was first released worldwide. As of 20 August 2006, it was broadcast on Nicktoons Network. In Germany, the series began on 12 September 2006. The pay- TV channel Nicktoons, it radiates as of September 4, 2010.
