Karan Brar
Karan Brar (born 18 January 1999, Redmond, Washington) is an American child actor and actor, known for his role as Chirag Gupta in the film adaptations of children's book series Diary of a Wimpy Kid Jeff Kinney.
Life and career
Karan Brar, was born in January 1999 in Redmond, in the U.S. state of Washington, the son of Jasbinder and Harinder Brar. He grew up with his older sister in Bothell. There he attended the Cedar Wood Elementary School and several acting workshops. His debut Brar at the age of ten years in the comedy Gregs Tagebuch - surrounded by idiots! as Indian middle school students Chirag Gupta. Born and raised in the U.S., of course, he speaks with an American accent and works for his role with a dialect coach together. For this role in March 2011, and August 2012, he took Diary 2 for the two sequels Greg - Is there trouble? and Greg's Diary 3 - It was not me! his role again as Chirag Gupta. Since the fall of 2011 he took over in the Disney series Jessie youth beside Debby Ryan and Peyton List the role of the Indian adoptee Ravi Ross. During the development of the series, the role of Ravi was originally intended as a Hispanic boy named Javier from South America. By Brars good audition, the producers decided to rewrite the role for him. In between, he had a small cameo appearance in Pair of Kings - The King brothers. At Christmas 2012, he played in the TV movie Chilly Christmas alongside C. Thomas Howell. In 2014 appeared the 3D animated film The Adventures of Mr. Peabody & Sherman took Brar besides Ty Burrell, Max Charles and Stephen Colbert a speaking role.
