Karl Ludwig Schweisfurth ( born July 30, 1930 in Herten ) is a German entrepreneur and a pioneer in the field of organic food production.

Biography

His experience as an intern in the major abattoirs in the USA sat Schweisfurth to the industrialization of the domestic meat processing.
