Karolina Naja (born 5 February 1990 in Tychy, Silesian Voivodeship ) is a Polish Canoe Sprint athlete and competitor at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London. It began with the canoeing in Tychy and now starts for the club AZS AWF Gorzów Wielkopolski. She will at canoe races on both the 200 m, 500 m and 1000 m and in both the One, as well as two and four. Their biggest success is the bronze medal in the K -2 500 m at the Olympic Summer Games in London in duet with Beata Mikołajczyk.

The Canoe Racing World Championships 2010 in Poznan ( Poland), she won the K -4 with the team about 500 m and the bronze medal in 2011 in Szeged (Hungary ) in the K-2 200 m silver medal. Another bronze medal she reached in Szeged with the Polish K-1 relay on 4x200 m.

At the European Championships in 2012 she was winner in the K-2 1000 m and third in the K -2 500 m.
