Kathy Tremblay

Kathy Tremblay ( born June 16, 1982 in Sainte -Foy, now part of Quebec City ) is a Canadian professional triathlete, Olympian and member of the national team.

Career

Tremblay completed a bachelor's degree in public relations and business from ( industrial relations, relations publiques et création d' entreprises ), lives in Montreal and is coached by her boyfriend David James Taché. Kathy Tremblay attributes her success to the full support of her family, namely her parents Francine and Remi, who work for the Canadian military, and her sister Melanie.

In August 2008 she competed in the Olympic Games in Beijing. In 2012 she again managed to put together with Paula Findlay, Simon Whitfield and Kyle Jones for a starting place in London.

In the eleven years from 2000 to 2010 Tremblay took part in 52 ITU competitions and achieved 20 top ten finishes.
