The Katzenbach is a right and southern tributary of the Neckar in Bad Niedernau to Rottenburg am Neckar in the administrative district of Tübingen in Baden- Württemberg. It arises on the Gäuhochfläche at Dettingen from the confluence of the right and official Aischbach - upper reaches, which is slightly longer, and the left Krebsbach - upper reaches, with a bit more catchment. It flows in the lower reaches of the narrow Katzenbachtal and flows into the Neckar in Bad Niedernau. The Katzenbach has from its confluence of these two upper reaches a length of 4.8 km, from the top source of Aischbach a strand of 17.1 km.

In Katzenbachtal is the Seven Valleys cave.
