Kees van Buuren

Kees van Buuren ( born July 27, 1986 in Lopik ) is a Dutch football player. Since summer 2009, the defender is the Dutch second division side FC Den Bosch under contract.

Career

Association

In the summer of 2005, van Buuren came into the first team of FC Utrecht. This season, he finally made ​​his debut in the Eredivisie. Overall, the defender came in his first year as a pro on four missions. In the following year he even came nine times to league games. In the seasons 2007/ 08 and 2008/ 09 van Buuren was again used less, so he moved into the Eerste Divisie for FC Den Bosch in the summer of 2009. There he received a one-year contract.

National

In February 2007, the then coach Foppe de Haan appointed him the first time in the selection of the Jong Oranje. Shortly thereafter, on 6 February 2007, van Buuren made ​​his debut in a 3-0 win against the Russian team. It was his only appearance in the dress of the junior teams.
