Kelu ( German Kello ) is a village (Estonian küla ) in the rural community Lihula ( Lihula vald ) in Lääne.

Description

The place has nine inhabitants ( 31 December 2011). It is located 29 kilometers southeast of the county town of Haapsalu.

North of the village core branches of the river Kasari: an arm opens a channel in the bay of Matsalu ( Matsalu Laht ), a tributary of river flows as Roude ( Roude Jõgi ) in a north- westerly direction, before it also flows into the bay.
