Kiernan Shipka
Kiernan Shipka ( born November 10, 1999 Chicago, Illinois as Kiernan Shipka Brennan ) is an American actress, known for her supporting role of Sally Beth Draper in the drama series Mad Men
Life and career
Kiernan Shipka was born in November 1999 in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of John Young Shipka and Erin Ann Brennan. She got her first role at the age of six years in the television movie The Angriest Man in Suburbia. Also in 2006 she appeared in two episodes of the detective series Monk in different roles. 2007 was followed by guest appearances in the series Cory in the House, MADtv, and Heroes. In 2007 she also landed the role of Sally Beth Draper in the AMC series Mad Men, where 2009 and 2010 Screen Actors Guild Award in the category Best Acting Ensemble won in a drama series for her. Her screen debut was in 2008 Shipka in the movie Lower Learning. In 2009, she was seen Land of the Lost, based on the television series In the land of the dinosaurs from the 1970s, and in the apocalyptic thriller Carriers in the adventure film among others. 2010 was followed by appearances in the two short films Squeaky Clean and The Ryan and Randi Show, as well as in the action comedy Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore.
2011 Shipka was seen as Zoe Cole at the Hallmark TV movie smooch on the side of Emmy -winning actress Kellie Martin. Since 2012 she works as a voice of Jinora in the produced by Nickelodeon animated series The Legend of Korra with, the premiere of which took place in April 2012.
