Kilburn Park tube station

Kilburn Park is an underground station of the London Underground in the London Borough of Brent. It is located in the Travelcard Zone 2 at Cambridge Avenue. In 2011, 3.46 million passengers used the area served by the Bakerloo Line Station.

Composed of glazed terracotta bricks and designed by Stanley Heaps station building is the style similar to that of Leslie Green, from which most of the Bakerloo Line stations originate from the early 20th century. Kilburn Park is one of the first London Underground stations, which were planned from the beginning escalators instead of elevators. The station is since 1979 listed building (Grade II).

The opening of the station on January 31, 1915. Nearly two weeks here was the north- western terminus of the Bakerloo line until it was extended after Queen's Park on February 11.
