Kim Christofte

Kim Christofte ( born August 24, 1960 in Copenhagen ) is a retired Danish footballer.

Kim Christofte began his career in his native Ølstykke. From there, he studied the sporting challenge abroad. After some time, the Belgian SC Lokeren and FC Wettingen in Switzerland, he returned to Denmark.

As a new European champion, the Danish defender moved abroad again, when he signed for 1992 at the 1st FC Cologne, which was then coached by Jörg Berger in the 1st Bundesliga. He made his debut on the opening day of the 1992/93 season in the match against 1.FC Kaiserslautern, which was lost 0-1. For two years he stayed there for a non-controversial starting players before 1994 ended his career as a player.
