The Kinsach is a left tributary of the Danube in the district of Straubing-Bogen in Bavaria.

It rises near the village Sattelbogen ( Acc Traitsching ) and flows in a southerly direction mainly by Stallwang, Rattiszell, Asha, Gschwendt ( Acc Ascha ) and Wolfer cell ( Acc Steinach ). From the district of floor mill the community Parkstetten the Kinsach was forced by river regulatory measures abandon its old bed and turn off to the east in the so-called Kinsach - Menach arrester. The Old Kinsach which is still recognizable as water, flows over the industrial area of ​​sand at Flußkilometer 2323.4 into the Danube. The trap, which also holds the Menach in Furth in the urban area of sheet flows where once the mouth of the Menach was in the Bogener Danube oxbow lake.
