Kista Science Tower

The Kista Science Tower with a height of 117.2 meters ( 156 meters to the antenna on the roof) of the tallest buildings in Stockholm, Sweden. He is the landmark of the district Kista in the northwest of the city. Black cube on top, the upper end of the elevator shaft, and also includes electronics for the antenna. The tower has 32 floors, of which three are located below the ground floor (especially parking floors).

The Kista Science Tower was completed in 2003. He was the tallest building in Scandinavia, but was soon dominated by the Turning Torso, which was built in Malmö in 2004, and from Victoria Tower, which experienced its completion in September 2011 in the same district. However, it is still the tallest office building in Scandinavia.

The building contains the fastest elevators in Sweden at speeds of five to six meters per second.

In building a number of technology and IT companies are housed. It is located next to the big shopping complex Kista Galleria and the Tunnelbana station.
