Kronenbourg Brewery
Kronenbourg is France's biggest brewery. It has its seat in Strasbourg district Crone Bourg, who is also the namesake of the company; the local main factory set 2001 production. Brewed is now in Alsace in Obernai. The Kronenbourg brewery in France holds a market share of 30%.
History
Kronenbourg was founded in 1664 by the Strasbourg GERONIMUS hat ( Jérôme Hatt ).
In the company's history, the name was changed several times due to the partly German and partly French history of Strasbourg ( first Brasserie Hatt, then Tigre Bock, Kronenburg, Cronenbourg, Kronenbourg ).
From 2000 to 2008 Kronenbourg was a subsidiary of Scottish & Newcastle. Since 29 April 2008 Kronenbourg is after the takeover of Scottish & Newcastle by Heineken and Carlsberg, a subsidiary of Carlsberg.

In partnership with other manufacturers, other beers such as Carlsberg are manufactured by Kronenbourg.

Fans of Kronenbourg beer, which usually just call the beer only " Kro " also written chants, for example:
