Kumiko Ikeda

Kumiko Imura (Japanese井村 久 美 子, Kumiko Imura; born January 10, 1981 in Sakata, formerly Kumiko Ikeda ) is a Japanese long jumper.

She won at the IAAF World Junior Championships in 2000 in Santiago de Chile and at the Summer Universiade in 2001 in Beijing, the bronze medal in the long jump discipline. At the World Athletics Championships in Edmonton in 2001, she was eleventh. At the Track Asia Cup 2005, she won the bronze medal and in the XV. Asian Games 2006 in Doha, she even won the 1st place in their discipline.

Your personal best is 6.86 meters and was achieved in May, 2006 Osaka. This is also the current Japanese record.
