Kyösti Laasonen

Kyosti Laasonen ( born September 27, 1945 in Kitee ) is a Finnish archer.

Laasonen achieved numerous successes in individual ( European champion in 1968 and 1978, third in 1970 and 1976) as with the team ( Vice European Champion in 1968, 1978 and 1986, European champion in 1976, third in 1982 ).

At the World Championships 1971 and 1973 he was runner-up and won the 1981 title. With the team he was also placed four times in the medals.

He participated in four Olympic Games in part (Munich - Bronze Medal, Montreal - 15, Moscow - 7, Los Angeles - 28 ).

His brother Kauko is also successful archer.
