Ladies and Gentlemen We Are Floating in Space

Occupation

Ladies and Gentlemen We Are Floating in Space is the third album by Spiritualized ®. It was taken between 1995 and 1997 and published in June 1997. The album title refers to the philosophical novel Sophie's World by Jostein Gaarder. The CD edition of the album was shipped in a box that was shaped like a blister packaging: The CD was like drugs sealed in a foil package and had to be pushed by an aluminum foil from the pack, this included a dosing instructions and package leaflet with information on side effects.

Title list

Originally the theme song should match the lyrics and the tune of " Can not Help Falling in Love" (written by George David Weiss, Hugo Peretti & Luigi Creatore for Elvis Presley ) appear, but there were copyright problems, so the album first with a alternate text and changed the melody for the song was released subtitled. Live used the band continue the Presley version. It was not until 2009, the copyright issue was resolved and (now as "Ladies and Gentlemen We Are Floating in Space (I Can not Help Falling in Love ) " ) published on the new edition of the original version.

All other songs are loud Credits alone by Jason Pierce.
