The Lamoille River is a tributary of Lake Champlain in the U.S. state of Vermont.

It has its origin in the Green Mountains in the small lake Horse Pond. From there it flows in a predominantly westerly direction through Vermont. He happened following locations: Hardwick, Wolcott, Morrisville, Johnson, Jeffersonville, Cambridge, Fairfax and Milton. Larger tributaries are Gihon River and North Branch Lamoille River - both from the right. Located along the river the reservoirs Lamoille River Reservoir, Lake Lamoille and Arrowhead Mountain Lake. The Lamoille River flows after 136 km north of Malletts Bay, Lake Champlain. Its catchment area covers 1807 km ².
