Lectionary 3
Lectionary 3 ( according to the numbering of Gregory -Aland as sigla ℓ 3 hereinafter) is a Greek manuscript of the New Testament on parchment sheets ( vellum ). Using palaeography, it has been dated to the 11th century. Scrivener is dated to the 9th century.
Description
The Code contains lessons from the Gospels ( Evangelistarium ).
It is in Greek uncials on 281 parchment leaves ( 29 × 22.5 cm) written. Each page has 2 columns with 19 lines.
The manuscript contains a complete martyrology.
Once belonged to Alexander of Corinth the manuscript. It was investigated by John Mill.
Currently, the code in the Lincoln College ( Gr. 15 ) is in Oxford.
