Lee Bo-ra

Lee Bo - ra ( born August 16, 1986) is a South Korean speed skater. She specializes in sprints.

Lee starts in major international competitions since 2002. She won at the Junior World Championships in Klobenstein silver with the team, 2004, she was in this competition in Roseville sixth. Both years they occupied the 19th place in the mini four-way battle. Also at the South Korean Championships, she participates since the end of 2002. In 2003, she won both the sprint four-way battle as well as in the small four-way battle and about 500 meters silver, over 1000 meters bronze. Was added in 2004 in bronze mini four-way battle as well as over 1500 meters. In 2003, she again won bronze in the sprint four battle and over 500 meters. In 2007, she was the first to win a title as a South Korean champion in sprint four-way battle. Added to this was Silver 500 and 1000 meters.

In the World Cup Lee debuted in November 2004 in Kearns 34th over 500 meters. In December 2007, she was first run under the top ten of the World Cup in ninth over 500 meters in Heerenveen. The highpoint in the career of South Korean was the participation in the 2006 Olympic Games in Turin, where it was 34 over 1000 meters and 25 more than 500 meters.
