Leopard Automobile is a Polish sports car manufacturer based in the eastern Polish town of Mielec.

History of the company

The company was founded in Warsaw in 1996 by the Polish automotive designer Zbysław Szwaj, the Swedish automotive enthusiast Alf Näslund, Rolf Skog and Karsten Werntoft. Latest offers Leopard Automobile to a 6 -liter Roadster named " Leopard", which was presented at the Auto Salon in Paris beginning in 2005. The car thus builds on the tradition of Polish sports car manufacturer Cheetah, Cheetah Roadster which the GP 8 produced until 1995.

CAR Technology acquires majority stake Leopard

At the beginning of 2008, CAR Technology, engineering service providers involved with operations in Germany, Poland and Slovakia, with a share of 51% in the Polish / Swedish sports car manufacturer Leopard.

In addition to expanding its development portfolio, mainly operating in the automotive development CAR Technology promises to expand its visibility.
