Les Laurentides Regional County Municipality
Les Laurentides is a regional county municipality (French municipalité régional du comté, MRC ) in the Canadian province of Quebec.
It is located in the administrative region of Laurentides and consists of 20 subordinate administrative units ( three cities, 13 municipalities, two Canton communities, a village and a parish ). The MRC was established on 1 January 1983. The capital is Saint- Faustin -Lac -Carré. The population is 44,805 and the area 2465.2 km ², which corresponds to a population density of 18.2 inhabitants per km ².
