Soon she was in the theater scene to a fixed size, which could develop in the Schauspielkompagnien by Antonio Gandusio and with Nino Besozzi her dramatic range. She played with Ruggero Ruggeri, Renzo Ricci, Elsa Merlini and Memo Benassi and belonged from 1947 to 1952 the ensemble of the Piccolo Teatro in Milan. Numerous positively discussed productions and popular success followed in the coming decades in which they Prandello, Shakespeare, Molière, Goldoni and Strindberg played as Anton Giulio Majano directed, among others, Leonardo Cortese, Mario Caiano or Andrea Maestranzi in television performances.

Troztz regular but manageable film roles remained Brignone primarily a stage actress; it has long been the partner of actor and director Gianni Santuccio, with whom she often collaborated artistically. In dubbing studio they spoke, for example, Anouk Aimée and Simone Signoret.

In 1982 she was awarded Order of Merit of the Italian Republic Grand Officer of the stage. The following year, she appeared in Così è se vi pare for the last time on stage.
