Lionel Bah

Lionel Bah ( born February 2, 1980 in Oullins, France) is a French- Ivorian football player who currently plays at ASF Andrézieux.

Bah began his career in 1999 with CS Louhans - Cuiseaux, but where he made only a game and left the club at the end of the year. From there he moved on to EA Guingamp, but even there he succeeded not really a breakthrough and in five years he came to 37 games and four goals. In 2005 he moved to Stade Reims, where it was finally starting players. But even there he moved after a year to U.S. Creteil. From Creteil, he moved again a year later to U.S. Boulogne. In June 2008, he led negotiations with the Bulgarian club Levski Sofia, but decided to go in August 2008 for Cypriot club APOP Kinyras Peyias. After a successful transition to Romanian club Astra Ploieşti in January 2009 he received a six-month contract. He contributed a large part to the fact that it Astra Ploiesti managed to ascend to the First League. However, his contract was not renewed. For the 2010/11 season he returned to his first professional club CS Louhans - Cuiseaux. In summer 2012, he moved to ASF Andrézieux.

In March 2007 he was one of four players who were re-nominated for the Africa Cup 2008 qualifier against Madagascar in Antananarivo, because some players had caused injuries in the short term. So far, Lionel Bah made ​​two appearances for the Ivory Coast.
