The following list contains the data independence of sovereign states of the world. The data refer to the last time of independence or sovereignty declaration. Successive data proclamation and de facto recognition are often distinguished, or different levels of autonomy. The State Title behind the data independence refers to the state, which managed the area before or at the front of the area belonged administratively.
