The Little Auglaize River is a 48 km long left tributary of the Auglaize River in the northwestern part of the U.S. state of Ohio and is part of the river system of the St. Lawrence River.

The river rises about 8 km northeast of the city of Rockford in southern Van Wert County, Ohio, initially flows in a north -easterly and then generally in a northerly direction through the County Van Wert, Putnam and Paulding. It empties 4 km north of the town of Melrose in the eastern Paulding County in the Auglaize River.
