Loch Maree

Loch Maree is a fresh water lake in Wester Ross in the Northwest Highlands of Scotland. The lake is located in the unitary authority Highland and covers an area of 28.5 km ² in area fourth largest lake in Scotland.

Loch Maree has the typical elongated shape of a lake during the Ice Age glacial origin. He is about 20 km long, but only up to 4 km wide.
