Lochindorb

The Lochindorb ( Scottish Gaelic Loch nan Doirb ) is a freshwater lake north of Grantown -on-Spey in the Scottish Highlands. Lakeside lie the ruins of the Lochindorb Castle, the former family home of the Comyns.

The lake itself is very popular with anglers and bird-watchers, because there many nest -throated diver and gray geese. At its south-eastern end is a coniferous forest.
