Lost Horizon (video game)

Lost Horizon is a book published in 2010 and developed in Germany " point- and-click " adventure of Animation Arts and Koch Media, which among other things have also created Secret Files: Tunguska. In the context of a history that affected certain areas of classic movie adventure, the player assumes the role of daredevil Fenton Paddock.

Action

. Hongkong, 1936 Fenton Paddock, a former officer in the British Army and current pilot and entrepreneur who receives from the local governor of the United Kingdom an order: Lord Weston asks him to search for a lost military squad, which should explore the top-secret objective Tibet. Among them was Richard Weston's son - the same paddocks best friend. Fenton makes himself, after he escaped the captors of a local rogue gang on the search and finds first evidence in cartographers of the command. At the same time he meets Kim here again: both an old friend and the niece of the late card maker. Together succeed in both the run after Fenton is chased again by attackers.

The duo makes his way to the Himalayas, where the paddock and Kim discover a hidden camp of Nazi soldiers. Led by the scientist Hanna Countess of Hagenhild try this to get behind a secret that seems to be hidden in an old monastery. Fenton and Kim creep in both the camp and the monastery and come so gradually the true background to the track:

Gameplay

The game is played entirely with the mouse. The game screen consists of a surface plot, which is bounded below by a black border with gold trim.

All items and persons with whom an interaction is possible, are referred to in text and name when the cursor moves over them. The bar 's inventory is housed, also located in the right area, three additional buttons: a magnifying glass, question and exclamation marks as well as crossed tools.
