Luca Marrone (born 28 March 1990 in Turin, Italy) is an Italian football player. He is a midfielder and is the Italian first division U.S. Sassuolo Calcio under contract.

Career

In the club

Luca Marrone began his career in the youth section of Juventus, which he ran until the Primavera. His debut in the first team, he completed 23 August 2009 on the opening day of the Serie A season 2009/10. He came in to replace Ciro Ferrara Coach in a 1-0 home win at the Olympic Stadium against Chievo Verona in the 74th minute for Tiago and looked after a few minutes the first yellow card of his professional career.

On 1 July 2010, he joined together with Ciro Immobile on loan to AC Siena, Juventus, in turn, received the three Players out on loan Leonardo Spinazzola, Marcel Büchel and Niccolò Giannetti.

In the National Team

With the Italian U- 17 national team Marrone took part in qualifying for the U-17 European Football Championships 2007. In 2007, he played with the Italian U-19 national team against Croatia, a qualifier for the U-19 European Championship in 2008. His debut in the Italian U- 21 team gave Marrone on 13 November 2009 under Pierluigi Casiraghi against Hungary. In June 2013 he was with the Devis Mangia trained team at the European Championships in Israel Second, after losing the final against Spain with 2:4.
