Lyzanxia
Lyzanxia is a French band that combines their musical style thrash metal with elements of death metal.
Biography
Lyzanxia was founded in 1996 by brothers Potvin. Shortly after the first demo, RIP My Skin, which showed the musical potential of the band appeared. In 1997, the band produced another demo tape, 11 piece, Lullaby, which established contact with the press and the underground scene. As a result, the band played together with Edge of Sanity, Disfear, Loudblast and No Return.
For their first album Eden producer Fredrik Nordström they could win. The album was released in 2000 and received good reviews. Two videos about Bewitched and Dream Feeder published.
Lyzanxia 2002, on their second album Mindcrimes. The band again worked with Nordstrom and the brothers Potvin traveled to Gothenburg, Sweden to mix the pieces and master the album with Giran Finnberg. In support, they produced the videos Silence Code and medulla Need. A tour with Shaman and Behemoth followed.
2006 Lyzanxia received a contract with Listenable Records. Under this label, the third studio album Unsu was recorded and released. Again, the band worked with Nordstrom, which abmischte the album and went with Exit Ten and Soilwork to tour.
2010 gave the band from their fifth studio album Locust. The musical style is based continue to closely follow the rules of Thrash Metal. The album was mastered by Swedish producer Björn Engelmann and published under XIII BIS Records.
