Magnus Wernblom

Magnus Wernblom ( born February 3, 1973 in Kramfors ) is a retired Swedish professional ice hockey player. During his career he played between 1990 and 2008 for MODO Hockey Örnsköldsvik and Skellefteå AIK in the Swedish Elitserien.

Career

Wernblom began his career at Kramfors - Alliansen in HockeyAllsvenskan. After two seasons, he moved in 1990 to MoDo Hockey Örnsköldsvik in the Elitserien, for whom he played a total of 14 years, and there also managed the leap into the youth national team of Sweden. He also holds the record for MODO with the most goals scored and most played gaming. In 2004 he decided to change to Skellefteå AIK, with which he rose from the HockeyAllsvenskan in the Elitserien. After the 2006/ 07 season he returned to his longtime club MODO Hockey and finally gave his resignation on November 4, 2008.
