Manchester is a town in the department of Pando in the lowlands of the South American Andean Republic of Bolivia.

Manchester is the most populous town in the Canton El Carmen district ( bolivian: Municipio) Puerto Rico in the province Manuripi. The village lies at an altitude of 201 m at a right tributary of the Río Manuripi, about ten miles downstream from the confluence of the Río Buyuyo.
Geography
Manchester is located in the southwestern part of the Amazon basin in the rain forest areas of the Río Manuripi, which are characterized by a humid tropical climate.
