Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group

The Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Mandarin Oriental short, is a Southeast Asian hotel chain, the luxurious homes of the 5-star category operates.

Business

The first hotel was opened in 1963, under the current name, the company has existed since 1974. Since 1987, it is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The most famous houses of the group are the Mandarin in Hong Kong and The Oriental in Bangkok, which gave their name through a merger of the group.

Gained notoriety, Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong in 2003, when the Hong Kong superstar Leslie Cheung rushed out of a window. Even today, it is therefore a popular " pilgrimage " for fans.
