Manu-L
Manu -L ( civil Emanuel Good, born 16 April 1983) is a Swiss singer, best known as the frontman of the band Myron and through collaboration with the house DJ Remady.
Career
Good Emanuel grew up in Magden on in the canton of Aargau. After completing secondary school, he completed an apprenticeship as a shipping clerk. During this time he worked intensively with the music and already wrote his first songs.
Good began his career with the pop-rock band Myron, which consists of him and his friend Chris Haffner. The most successful single is One Step Closer, which took the top 10 in the Swiss charts. It provided, among others, the vocals for DJ Antoine Underneath songs and This Time. Since 2009 he collaborates with the Zurich DJ Remady.
Already the first single No Superstar became a hit in several European countries and reached good rankings in the charts. In Switzerland, it reached # 5 and had a total of 32 weeks in the chart. Thanks to this success, it was subsequently published in the U.S. by the music label Ultra Records. 2010 appeared a remix single of the song, in which the two musicians Lumidee and Chase Manhattan participated. With this release, they also achieved a ranking in the German singles chart. Then appeared more successful singles such as Save Your Heart, The Way We Are or Give Me a Signed
2012 appeared the album The original, which published Manu -L together with Remady. On the album of new songs as well as remixes can be found. The first single was Single Ladies. The song was a number -one hit in the Swiss single chart. Alone by Downloads managed the two songs Doing It Right and Higher Ground in the Swiss single chart. Both songs also appeared as a single. Doing It Right in August and Higher Ground in December 2012.
In the spring of 2013, the single was released as a Hollywood Ending 2k13 version. At the same time the album The Original appeared - 2k13 Edition. The song could enter directly into the Swiss single charts. Also managed the not released as a CD single track It's So Easy.
On 31 May 2013, the single appeared Holidays from him and Remady. Beginning in May 2013 invited Remady a one-minute preview of the track high up on his YouTube account. This was already over 1000 calls within a few hours time and rated very positively. On June 28, 2013, the track was also released in Germany and Austria. Already after a week of track could reach the singles chart and get into the second week at number three.
For the March 21, 2014 Remady and Manu -L announced the release of their new single- track In My Dreams. Already during her performance at the Energy Festival 2000 in Katowice, they played the song.
