The Javorník Mountains ( Czech, Slovak Javorníky ) is a mountain range in the Western Carpathians, which forms part of the border between the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The highest elevation is the Velky Javorník with 1,071 meters. The highest mountain on the Czech side is the Maly Javorník ( 1019 m nm). Other notable peaks are the massif of the Lemešná in the north ( 950 m nm) and in the south of Makyta ( 923 m nm). The survey divides the Bečva -or catchment area from the Kysuca - Vah River Basin and is therefore part of the European watershed.

To the south of Lissa pass forms the natural border to the White Carpathians. In the north-west of the valley Senice separates the Javorníky of the Vsetínské Hills.

A large part of the mountain range in Slovakia is located in the conservation area Kysuca.
