Margaret Illmann

Margaret L. Illman ( born December 9, 1965 in Adelaide, Australia) is an Australian prima ballerina with wide -ranging international career.

In Adelaide, born in Australia, she moved to Canada to work with the National Ballet of Canada. From there her career has led her to all essential stages of the world. She worked and lived among others in Stuttgart and Berlin and now in Perth ( Australia).

She has received numerous awards, including the Theatre World Award, the Fred Astaire price, the Berlin Critic's Prize and in 2001 the German Critics' Prize.
