Mariano Andrés Pernía Molina ( born May 4, 1977 in Buenos Aires ) is an Argentine- Spanish footballer. He has dual citizenship of Spain and Argentina. Currently, the former Spanish international is at Nacional Montevideo under contract.

He is a defender and plays to mostly on the left wing. After an injury of Asier Del Horno, he was re-nominated for this position by Luis Aragonés for the 2006 World Cup in Germany. In the last preparation match before the World Cup against Croatia, he made his international debut, scoring a free kick. At the World Cup he was used in two preliminary games in the second round against France, which lost Spain.

On July 7, 2009, Pernia was seriously injured in a traffic accident in Argentina. He suffered a fracture of the clavicle and a lung tear.

In September 2010 Pernía moved to Nacional Montevideo.
