Mario Valery-Trabucco

Mario Valery- Trabucco ( born February 19, 1987 in Caracas, Venezuela ) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player who is since 2013 in Södertälje SK in the HockeyAllsvenskan under contract.

Career

Mario Valery- Trabucco began his career as a hockey player at Union College, which he attended from 2006 to 2010, while he was active in parallel for the ice hockey team in the National Collegiate Athletic Association. In his last year of college he was elected to the second all-star team of College Football ECAC Hockey. Towards the end of the 2009/10 season was the winger for the Adirondack Phantoms of the American Hockey League debut in professional hockey. In two games, he remained no points and was awarded two penalty minutes. He subsequently received a contract with the reigning Finnish champions TPS Turku, with whom he first took part in the pre-season at the European Trophy. In the 2010/11 season he scored for the Finns in 57 games 16 goals and three assists.

For the 2011/12 season Valery- Trabucco has been committed by the Augsburger Panther of the Deutsche Eishockey Liga.
