Mark Bernes
Mark Bernes Naumovich (Russian Марк Наумович Бернес; * 25 Septemberjul / October 8 1911greg in Nizhyn, Russian Empire as Mark Naumovich Neiman, .. † August 16, 1969 in Moscow, Soviet Union) was a Soviet actor and singer Estrada.
Among his best known songs were Тёмная ночь ( Dark Night, 1943), Я люблю тебя, жизнь (I love you, Life, 1956) and Журавли ( Crane, 1969).
For his services Bernes received the Stalin Prize in 1951 and in 1965 awarded the title of People's Artist of the RSFSR.
