Mark Foster (swimmer)

Mark Andrew Foster ( born May 12, 1970 in Billericay, England ) is a British professional swimming.

Career

Mark Foster celebrated on the 50 -meter freestyle and 50 -meter butterfly route and especially on the short course his greatest successes.

The first time Foster was taken into account in Edinburgh at the age of 16 years from the English Commonwealth team for the Commonwealth Games 1986. There he won the 4 × 100 meter freestyle relay bronze medal.

His breakthrough came four years later, in 1990 Commonwealth Games in Auckland, where the bronze in the 50m freestyle and thus his first individual medal at international championships won.

In the nineties of the 20th century, he improved the 50 meter freestyle short course world record four times and the 50 - meter butterfly short course world record twice.
