Mark Twight

Twight Mark Francis ( b. 1962 ) is an American mountaineer and extreme fitness trainer.

Mark Twight is known for his radical views and uncompromising style of his climbs, he was between 1980-2000 the most successful American climbers. He carried out a large number of extremely difficult first ascents in the Rocky Mountains, Alaska, Himalayas and the French western Alps.

His Buchsteig or Die (English title Kiss or Kill ) received the 2001 Jon Whyte Award for Mountain Literature in Banff, Canada.

Important Things

2013 acted as Twight fitness trainer for the performers appearing in Man of Steel.
