Markus Maria Profitlich

Markus Maria Profitlich ( born March 25, 1960 in Bonn ) is a German comedian, actor and voice actor.

Career

After initial attempts as a comedian on local stages ( as in the Bonn jerboa Theatre ), the trained carpenter was discovered for television. Among other things, he was from 1999 to 2001 worked for the weekly show. His best-known role in the week of the show was " Erklärbär ". Other roles have included the shy reporter " Peter Wuttke ," " Mawegda Gandhi " or "Baby Mark".

In the further moderated, directed and produced his own entertainment show Mensch Markus on his own company mmp production for private channel Munich Sat.1. Profitlich 2006 was producer of Germany 's beautiful - The Allstar Comedy and since 2006 has been producer of the telecast wenches.

In 2008 he started with the new Sat.1 comedy format 3 - A quarter in which he along with his two teammates Roland Riebe Ling and Volker Büdts (known from "Man Mark" and " wenches " both ) in about 20 rolls inhabitants of a district represented. From this comedy series, a squadron was sent.

Private

Profitlich has five siblings, two brothers and three sisters. In his childhood he was Catholic. At 14 he went up from school. He is married to actress Ingrid Einfeldt, which is one of his stage partners in Mensch Markus. They have two daughters.

Profitlich is a member of the SPD and Christian. In his childhood and youth he attended the Young People 's Christian Association ( YMCA ) in Siegburg near Bonn, where he accompanied a decade Christian children camps as a pedagogical employees. Now he is a member of a free evangelical community. Profitlich lives in Lindlar in Oberbergi country.

The name Profitlich is not an artist name, but probably comes from " a profitable active person ." According to Grimm's Dictionary " Profitlich " means thrifty, frugal.
